Step 1 – Enable Unknown Sources and Notifications
Let us go ahead and enable installation of addons from unknown sources and notifications.
From your Kodi home screen head over to Settings -> System Settings -> Addons and Enable Unknown Sources. Click Yes when prompted. Also make sure to enable Show Notifications.
Step 2 – Add Halow TV Kodi Addon Repository
Head back to Kodi main menu, and then go to Settings -> File Manager -> Add Source. Click on None and enter new repository with details as mentioned below.
Halow TV Kodi Addon Repository – http://repo.halowtv.org/ (name it HalowTV).
Step 3 – Install Halow TV Repository Zip

Head back to Kodi main menu, click on Addons and then click the Addons Browser (top left of screen) icon marked below.
On the next screen click on Install from Zip File, and in the popup window select HalowTV and then select the zip file named repository.HalowTV-x.x.x.zip
Wait until you get a message on top right of screen which says Addon Installed.
Step 4 – Install Halow TV Kodi Addon
Click on Install from Repository -> Halow TV Repository -> Video Add Ons. Scroll down the list and select Halow TV, click on Install. If a popup window shows up select the one from Halow TV Addon repository.

Wait for the download to complete, and once the addon is installed you will get a message saying Halow TV Installed on top right.
